I am a former motorcycle racer and stock car racer who loves all types of racing.

My father took me to my first stock car race at the Sportsman speedway in Johnson city, TN when I was about 5 years old. I grew up listening to and watching NASCAR from the 60's. I loved it most in the 60's, 70's, and 80's.

I became an avid drag racing fan....and may have done some illegal street drag racing in my 66 Chevy II, 68 Z28, and my big block 69 Chevelle ...I don't remember.

I started racing motocross at an age when most guys were quitting and then had to quit myself after my injuries became too numerous and didn't heal between races.

I then went on to a brief but very rewarding career racing stock cars on dirt and pavement/concrete. We won 25% of the races we entered and finished with a championship in 2000 when we sat on 15 poles and won 13 of 22 races. All of which was made possible by the mentoring I receved from a stock racing legend by the name of Paul Lewis.

Hey thanks for these sites, they are great and always enjoyable to an old racer like myself. I really enjoy the photos of the 60s and 70s as this is the eras that I grew up in so thanks again for doing this

Hey Jeff,
Most of the photos I have are from internet websites, but I did take a few pictures from the Jackson Motor Speedway reunion that I'll post for you. One is of r10 and the other is a near perfect replica of bingo 151 that Terry Woodin built. I also have some photos I took at Michigan International Speedway in the early 80's of indycars. Would you want me to submit photos from other websites?

Jeff, I did put some Michigan based early to mid 60's Supermodified pictures for you to see. Let me know if this is something that fits this category.

Hi Jeff I wonder if the photo section will be open wheel Sprints,Modifieds,Midgets and/or Indy cars, from the start of racing them to the present? Go carts etc are fine in their place but I don't think they belong on here.

Hi Jeff, Just a quick note thanking you for creating these reunion sites. I can't imagine the time you put into these and I'm sure sometimes you feel you created a monster. Just know how much I appreciate what you've done and giving us old timers a chance to share and collect these great photos. Your sites are a must for anyone interested in the rich history of auto racing.
